At Canopy Bubble, every product is custom-made to your specifications. Because each item is personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun or the order has been shipped.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, you may request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement, please contact us at support@canopybubble.com within 30 days of delivery.
