Setup Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Stand

1. Remove the SilverStep banner stand from the carrying bag.
2. Place the retractable base on a flat surface.
3. Ensure the adjustable feet are positioned properly for stability.

Step 2: Install the Support Pole

1. Assemble the telescopic pole sections.
2. Insert the support pole into the pole socket on the banner base.
3. Adjust the pole height according to your required display height.

Step 3: Raise the Banner

1. Slowly pull the banner graphic upward from the retractable base.
2. Hold the banner firmly while extending it to avoid sudden retraction.
3. Attach the top of the graphic to the clamp bar or hook-and-loop attachment on the pole.

Step 4: Adjust and Secure

1. Align the graphic so it is straight and centered.
2. Adjust the telescopic pole height if needed.
3. Confirm the base is stable before displaying.

Packing Instructions

1. Remove the top bar from the support pole.
2. Carefully guide the banner back into the retractable base.
3. Remove the support pole and store all components in the travel bag.
4. Keep the stand in a dry, protected area when not in use.
